Selena Gomez the young star from Disney’s television Wizards of Waverly Place hopes that one day she will be able to give up her singing career one day to focus on her acting career. The 18 year old began acting acting at the age of seven with a small part in the kids show in Barney & Friends.  Later her acting career progressed to appearance to Hannah Montana and the suite Life of Zack and Cody before landing her lead role in Wizards of Waverly place.  Last year she also released two studio albums with her band Selena Gomez and the Scene.  Selena also kick started her first headline tour but she hopes to one day become better known as an actress in the future.  While Selena loves music for now she has confessed that some days she loves making music and other days loves to make movies. Currently she is working on her third studio album and thinks that in the future she may give up her singing career to focus on her acting.  But for now her singing career seems to be heating up with rumored duets with Cheryl Cole and of course the most tweeted duet between Selena and her current super star boyfriend Justin Bieber.  Do you think Selena should stick to acting or singing?
